The Mulsanne W.O. Edition by Mulliner

With Bentley's 100th anniversary scheduled for next year, the Mulliner division is celebrating its founder with a special edition Mulsanne. It pays homage to the company's founder father, W.O. Bentley key programming and includes a piece of one of his cars.

The special model available on either a regular or long-wheelbase Mulsanne or Mulsanne Speed was influenced by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley that W.O. The 1930 8 Litre Bentley that W.O. Its influence can be felt throughout the cabin which includes the Mulliner illuminated cocktail cabinet that has an open display window that displays a piece of the original crankshaft from the 8 Litre display inside.

Other highlights include a chrome-colored application running across the back of the car, which has a photoetched B-shaped air vent that features W.O. The front grille has been designed on 1930s-inspired Onyx, and there's an optional chrome finish around the lower spoilers to the left and right. The front grille is also unique, sporting chrome mesh instead of the normal body-colored mesh as in the standard Mulsanne and featuring the Flying B logo as well.

The key box is engraved with Bentley wings and is fitted with a black flock lining. Key pouches on their own can be purchased to complement or enhance the key box. The set of commemorative items includes an exact 1:18 scale model as well a flying "B" paperweight. The set also comes with an unpublished booklet with never before seen images of the original Bentley 8 Litre.

The Bentley Wing Key Box

This accessory is perfect for Bentley enthusiasts and owners. It features an exclusive key box embossed in Bentley wings. The key box is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed inside a gift box, it's the perfect present for birthdays, Christmas and other special occasions.

The key fob's knurling made of metal mimics the textures found throughout the interior including the temperature controls as well as the shift knob. Van Braekel says, "We wanted the knurling to look as consistent and elegant" as is possible. "It was also important to ensure the fob had in a shape and size that was easily identifiable."

Bentley Mulliner customers can specify any color from the Bentley portfolio for their Bacalar and any combination of hides, veneers and bespoke embroidery. Bentley's signature diamond diamond quilting is applied to the entire cabin with almost 400k stitches. The lighting in the cabin can also be adjusted for different moods.

Outside illuminated treadplates and brushed silver clocks are available as standard. The new 22in wheels have self-levelling Bentley logos. Customers can also get a custom Bentley logo laser-etched on the rear fixing to pay homage to the 1930 8 Litre W.O. Edition that was the inspiration for the car.
