The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot mop and vacuum that's astonishingly clever in its mopping and vacuuming capabilities. Its design and functionality are among the top available however it's expensive.

The base station looks nice and is hidden when it's not in use, and the dimensions are quite small. But the station's main selling point is how it automates many tasks and functions that other robots leave up to you. It can store clean and dirty water, it electrolyzes and heats the water (which most other robovacs require you to do) also emptying the dustbin after vacuuming, and ensures that your robot clean and charged.

Its vacuuming capabilities are also impressive. It's one of the few Best value robot vacuum vacuums I've tried that does a really good job of picking up debris on bare floors, and it's not nearly as loud as the more expensive Roomba 980 or iRobot 900 series.

The Freo X Ultra is not without faults, particularly when it comes to navigation. Its LiDAR sensors and laser sensors aren't as reliable as other robotvacs. This means it could get stuck or confused in certain areas or rooms in the home. It's not able to climb stairs as well as competitors,, and it doesn't have a dock that lets you to create an exclusive cleaning zone for carpets with plush padding.

Although it doesn't have as much in the way of cleaning configuration options in its app, or as many in-app shortcuts as other robovacs, the Freo X Ultra is still an excellent choice for those looking for a comprehensive robot vacuum and mop that's worth the higher price cost.

If you're looking to save some cash, or just don't care about the limitations of this robot there are many alternatives available which include a variety of eufy models priced substantially less. The Eufy Qrevo curv, for example, is cheaper, but offers many more features, like stairs and a fully-function Dock, with a better overall vacuuming experience on floors that are unfinished carpets with low pile as well as high-pile carpets.
