If certificate does not have correct portion/ CGPA/ Grade then the application might not be thought about. 3. Date of Birth Proof (Any valid certificate having DoB such as SSLC, HSC, DoB Certificate, etc).

6. Experience certificate (Mandatory for the posts where experience is necessary certification) and Other certificates, if any.

Mode of Selection:

If variety of applications are more, then choice committee will fix a requirements to shortlist the applicants. Only shortlisted prospects will be called for the interview. Selection will be done on the basis of online interview through either Skype/Google Meet/Zoom or any other ideal software application, as chosen by the qualified authority.

Applications got after the due date will be declined. The short-listed prospects will be informed through e-mail/website.

The interview date will be to the shortlisted candidates through e-mail.

Terms and Conditions:

The engagement will be on simply momentary and legal basis for the duration discussed in the ad. It is specifically for the above mentioned research study work and the tenure shall be co-terminus with the task duration or till the conclusion of tenure whichever is previously. The engagement under this project does not provide any right/claim whatsoever either explicitly or implicitly on the appointee for regular consultations in CSIR-NIO/CSIR, against any post or otherwise under any legal conditions precedent. It would therefore, not give any right/claim, implicit or explicit, on the part of the candidates for regularization/absorption versus any post in CSIR/NIO or under any other plan of CSIR.

HRA will be paid according to the guidelines.

Incase of prospects certified with NET/GATE qualification, they might be considered for higher emoluments as per the DST regulations of job personnels, based on the approval of job funds and approval of proficient authority.

Performance of the task personnel would be evaluated periodically so that any one not discovered up to the mark, might be ended with one month's notice or one month's stipend in lieu thereof.

The date for identifying the upper age limitation, certifications and/or experience will be the closing date prescribed for submission of applications.

The period of experience in a discipline/area of work, any place recommended, ought to be in appropriate location of work/field suggested against such position which shall be counted after the date of acquiring the minimum necessary educational credentials prescribed for that position.

The trainees in the last term and results awaited prospects are not eligible to apply and their applications will not be considered.

Stipend might be revised depending upon the funding firm standards issued time to time.

Candidates need to note that non-fulfillment of the eligibility criterion will lead to cancellation of candidature at any phase.
