I found it in some rarefied Reddit thread (buried past 7 explanation deep below an ad for crypto). Its not upon the App Store, but their site walks you through a workaround. Sketchy? A little. But it works.
Pros:

No watermarks.

Saves in HD. Legit 1080p+.

Audio stays in sync (youd be amazed how rare that is).

Cons:

Annoying setup.

Sometimes fails silently, later it acts as soon as it saved but nada.

Interface looks later than Windows XP met a MySpace theme.

Real Talk: Should You Even Be law This?
Ugh. Im torn. upon one hand, I acquire it. We want to save that reel. doing it to friends. Watch offline. maybe meme it later.
