It was a bit slower on bare flooring but it was able to recover speed and was more efficient than the other robots that we evaluated.

The IQ is a better choice over the iRobot Roomba 694 for most uses. It has a bigger dustbin and a longer battery lifespan and is better at navigating obstacles. It comes with mopping tools that are able to clean up sticky messes. The iRobot, however, is more sturdy and has less components that require maintenance or replacement and has lower cost per year, and can create virtual no go zones using its companion application. It is able to continue cleaning where it left off, even if its battery runs out before it's finished. The iRobot can also be controlled with voice commands, which is a big plus for many users.
