Natura &Co will begin trading its shares on the New York Stock Exchange through ADRs in January. This will allow the company to capitalize on its synergies across its brands and extend its product portfolio and reach 200 million consumers worldwide.

To ensure that the company is on the right track for the next phase of growth, the company has also appointed a new leadership team. Roberto Marques will serve as the Group Chief Executive Officer. Angela Cretu, will manage the company's global operations. She will oversee the management and operations of Natura outside of Latin America.

Before joining Natura, Joao Paulo spent twenty years at Unilever where he held a variety of positions, including Vice President of Supply Chain. His most recent position was Vice President of Operations and Logistics in the company.

Ferreira is also a member of the Executive Team of the C-Suite Department. He isn't a person who has questions later, but rather spends his time first.

Angela Cretu

Taking on the helm at Avon is Angela Cretu, a veteran of the company and its management team. With over 20 years of experience in the management of a renowned beauty brand, Cretu is poised to be the leader of the company's global operations and innovation.

The Avon CEO has long been a champion for women of the world and has taken on the idea of gender equality. Acosta is a senior executive leader at Avon. He joined the company in the year 2011 as Senior Vice President and President Latin America and was recently named Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. The position will be directly accountable to Charles Herington, the Company's Executive Chairman.

He worked for many years at Unilever before joining Avon. He has a wealth of experience creating consumer-focused companies and establishing these in emerging markets. He is also an investor and member of the board of directors at RoC Skincare New York.

He is the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer at Avon. He also oversees the creation and implementation of a fresh social selling approach that is digital.

Fernando Acosta started his career as an employee at Unilever. He has worked in the United Kingdom and Europe. Later, he held high-level positions within Unilever's Latin American operations.

From 1999 until 2004, he served as the Category President for Latin America at Unilever. He was responsible for overseeing Dove one of the most well-known brands of the company. He also was involved in the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty that launched new products like Pro Age.

After serving as a senior Avon Leadership Team vice-president for Unilever's Middle Americas business, he took on a larger international role. He served as Brand President of Dove Global at Unilever from 2006 to 2008. During this time, he was based in New York.

He was previously a Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His duties included driving sales, defining the brand's Latin American strategy, and aiding in the development of new product lines like Pro Age.
