This vacuum works well both on bare floors and carpets with low pile. It can remove pet hair and sucks large objects up. It doesn't lose suction as quickly as other robot vacuums. It does have a hard time with high-pile or plush carpet, however iRobot claims it will improve with future models.

It is able to build detailed floor maps, identify different flooring types, and it's one of the few to automatically wash and dry its mop pads. But while these functions are useful but they also push the L10s Ultra into the luxury category which could make it somewhat more expensive than what some homeowners require.

The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaning machine. It's tall and slim, with a white finish accented with silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is dominated by a large bumper that helps protect furniture and vacuum cleaners from damage when moving through the house.
