Easy to install

Fiat 500 key covers are an easy way to refresh your car keys. They are available in a range of colors and styles, so you'll be able to find the perfect fit for your style. The first step is to remove the cover that was originally installed. The original cover must be removed before the replacement cover can be put in place.

After you have removed the old cover, use a flathead screwdriver to pull out the four main attachment clips located on the passenger side of the fob assembly. These are highlighted in red on the image below. Also note the locating tab slots shown in yellow that must be removed as well.

Replace the battery with a CR2032 coin cell battery. Make sure that the "+" positive side of the battery corresponds to the opening of the fob, and that the -" negative side is facing toward the rubber buttons.

Reattach the passenger side mirror cover by aligning the locating tabs. Once you've done that take the fob for the driver's side back in your car and test it. Press the push button located on the back of the key. If everything is working properly your car will turn on the parking lights and the doors will automatically lock.
