iRobot Roomba 694

The iRobot Roomba is a basic robot vacuum that is effective on both floors that are unfinished and low-pile floor carpet. However, if you want to alter the floor level on the map or create no-go zones you'll have manually reset it to do so, which is somewhat of trouble.

The IQ's application has advanced mapping and automation capabilities however, it's not able to access no-go zones which are included on iRobot models. The smart-pathing technology allows for superior maneuverability and cleaning robot mop and vacuum the high-pile feature of its carpet cleaning mode is efficient, although it can get stuck on the tassels of the rug.

During our tests during our tests, the IQ was adept at handling pet hair with ease, removing an impressive amount of debris from floors with no flooring and fair amounts on medium-pile carpet. It was less effective on shag carpets, where it had a hard time reaching dirt and dust buried within the fibers. It was able to navigate the legs of chairs, small spaces, and even the base of an IKEA wooden step stool. The iRobot, however, feels more sturdy and has less components that require replacement or maintenance, incurs less ongoing costs, and can even create virtual no-go zones using its companion app. It can even resume cleaning from the point it started if it runs out of battery before finishing the job. The iRobot can be controlled by voice commands, which is a huge plus for many users.

The eufy RoboVac 11S robot vacuum isn't among the most feature-rich models, but it does offer great cleaning power at affordable prices. Its allergy-friendly design and air-sealed body will trap allergens to keep your family healthy. It comes with an onboard HEPA and self-emptying bin so you don't need any additional filters or vacuum bags.

It's not as powerful as the more expensive models, but it's ideal for fighting staining and deep cleaning. Two front cameras provide a live image feed on your smartphone, and it has one of the most effective obstacle avoidance systems we've ever seen.
