It also comes with an advanced cleaning feature that vacuums and mops carpets in a single move, taking out dirt and dust more effectively than mops that spin. You can also utilize the app to set an agenda for your regular cleaning or clean on demand.

While the S7 Max Ultra does a excellent job in its tasks but it's not without a few drawbacks. The price is the biggest. It's also the most expensive Robotic Vacuum Self Emptying mop and vacuum combination I've ever seen. The other issues aren't specific to this model and more representative of the robotic vacuum category as a whole: it doesn't handle heavy spills or large, sticky messes well.

The S7 Max Ultra is easy to set up: simply connect it to the internet and then sync it to your phone via Wi-Fi and begin a cleaning session. After you've completed this you can modify the settings within the app. For instance you can create no-go zones and schedule cleanings.

Another big bonus is its impressive obstacle avoidance system. In testing, it only slowed down twice in tight spaces, which is a lot better than the S6 MaxV's 3 attempts and the X1 Omni's four tries.
