iRobot Vacuum and Mop Review

Unlike some robot vacuums, this one isn't afraid to take on the stairs. However, just like any mop and vacuum it is prone to getting blocked by debris such as loose tennis shoes or ribbons and yarn, play jewelry or other stray objects.

The iRobot Home App allows you to label rooms and also create zones of no-go areas. You can also track the performance of your mops as well as their battery status.

iRobot Combo j7+

It performs well on bare floors and is able to clean most debris, but it struggled with pet hair on low-pile carpets. It is quieter and does an excellent job on carpets with a high pile. The i3 is a bit more expensive than the Roborock S4 Max but it comes with a self-emptying system that empties the dirtbag, fills its water reservoir, and cleans the mop pads.

You can create cleaning schedules using the i3 App. You can also control your robot with your voice assistant to begin or stop cleaning. It also tracks your home's unique floor layout to give you a customized schedule and cleaning habits. It uses state-of-the-art mapping sensors to navigate hardwood and carpet and also learns your routine to improve performance.
