Natura &Co completed the acquisition of Avon Products, Inc. in January which made it the fourth largest pure-play beauty company worldwide. 76% of the combined company will be owned by its shareholders. This transaction will be subject to regulatory approvals.

As the head of Natura &Co, Joao Paulo Brotto Goncalves Ferreira is charged with increasing the company's international presence. He was previously Vice President of Supply Chain at Unilever Brazil and Latin America. He holds a MBA from the University of Michigan.

He has led the company's transformation from a traditional direct-selling company to a modern digital one. The company's digitalization resulted in increased productivity and the implementation of 17 consecutive quarters of growth.

In January, Natura &Co plans to begin trading shares using ADRs on the New York Stock Exchange. This will allow the group leverage its brand synergies, expand its product line and reach more than 200 million people around the world.

To ensure that the company is on the right track for the next phase of growth the company has appointed an entirely new leadership team. Roberto Marques will be the Group Chief Executive Officer, and Angela Cretu will lead the company's global business. Besides overseeing the global stewardship of the Natura brand as well as overseeing the company's global operations, she will be in charge of the company's operations and innovation outside of Latin America.

Before joining Natura, Joao Paulo spent twenty years at Unilever, Avon Leadership Team where he held various positions including Vice President of Supply Chain. His last position at the company was Vice President of Operations and Logistics.

Ferreira is also a member of the Executive team of the C-Suite Department at the company. He is not someone who asks questions afterward, but is the first to spend time.

Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, an Avon veteran and member of the top management team, will assume the role as the company's chief executive officer. Cretu has more than 20 years of experience in leading a top beauty brand and is well-positioned to oversee the company's global operations.

The Avon CEO has long been a champion for women around the globe and has been a firm believer in the concept of gender empowerment. She has been involved in a variety of campaigns to create positive change for women in countries across the globe. The most well-known are those that combat the violence against women and encourage economic empowerment for women.

In addition to her leadership role at Avon Cretu has also held leadership roles at several other companies. She was the Vice President for South-East Europe and Group Vice President for Central & Eastern Europe and the General Manager for various regions.

She was given the title of CEO of the Year and the Management Today Champions of Change award for her contributions to the company's mission over the last year. INNOCOS has also named her a Leader of Change in the Women's Empowerment category.

Avon's CEO has a passion for empowering women through beauty. The company has contributed US$1.1 million to breast cancer research to date. Not only does Avon donate money, but it also allows employees to voice their opinions without fear of retaliation.

Avon's new Chief Executive Officer will continue driving its mission of empowering women, while accelerating growth and profitability. She will oversee the operations of Avon outside of Latin America, while taking the responsibilities from Roberto Marques, who has been appointed as Group CEO of Natura &Co.

Fernando J. Acosta

Acosta is among the most senior executives at Avon. He joined Avon in 2011 as Senior Vice President and President Latin America and was recently named Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. Charles Herington, the Company’s Executive Chairman, will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Before joining Avon He spent a few years working at Unilever. He has vast experience creating consumer-focused businesses and setting up these in emerging markets. He is also an investor and a member of the board of directors at RoC Skincare New York.

As the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer He is in charge of the evolution of the customer experience at Avon. In addition, he has overseen the development of a new digital social selling approach.

Fernando Acosta started his career as an apprentice manager at Unilever. He has worked in Europe as well as the United Kingdom. In the past, he held high-level positions within Unilever's Latin American operations.

From 1999 until 2004 he was the Category President for Latin America at Unilever. He was responsible for overseeing Dove, one of the most well-known brands within the company. Additionally, he was also involved in the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty the global initiative which launched new products such as Pro Age.

After his time as a senior vice-president for Unilever's Middle Americas business, he took on a more international job. From 2006 to 2008, he was the Brand President of Dove Global at Unilever. In this period, he was located in New York.

He was previously the Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His responsibilities included driving sales and developing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also supported the development of new product lines, such as Pro Age.

Louise Srivastava

Avon has a rich history and an extensive selection of products. However, one aspect of the company that has stood out in recent years is its Health and Wellness division. Avon Products announced that James Scully will be its new executive vice president and chief financial officer. He will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Sheri McCoy. He will be in charge of all finance and information technology functions.

Avon has moved its headquarters to London and made many changes to streamline its business. Under the new leadership of the company, it has taken steps to reduce leverage on balance sheets and increase profitability. It has also increased cost savings initiatives.

Additionally, Avon has entered into an agreement with Cerberus Cap Management, L.P., and will invest $435 million in the business over the next two years. As part of the agreement, ICR will provide capital markets advisory services to the Company.

James Scully will be responsible for the global supply chain of the company, as well as all IT and finance functions. Scully will also be accountable to implement the company's transformation strategy. This is a key element of Avon's growth strategy.

Jim Scully is also a director at Avon and a board member of J.Jill. His new position at Avon will allow the company to execute its strategic plan. He also has a solid operational background to the Avon.

Furthermore, Miguel Fernandez, previously the executive vice president of Herbalife is now named the Global President of Avon. He has extensive experience in e-commerce, customer management and execution of growth strategies.

The Neiman Marcus Group is still seeking a permanent chief finance officer. Two interim executives have been appointed.
